On March 25, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Howdy,
I'm Bill Rust, the drummer from Swampadelica and I do a good bit of the audio archiving for the band.
Speaking on the behalf of the entire Swamp crew, I can say we're more than happy to share our live performances on archive.org.
Taping Policy:
Swampadelica is fine with taping of live shows as long as it is permitted by the venue we're playing.
We're all for getting our music out there and taping is a great way to spread the love!
